Disability Awareness Presentations (K-5)

Saint John Ability Advisory Committee, with some preparation for National Accessibility Awareness Week (NAAW). This year, NAAW runs from May 24th to 30th. They will share fun, kid‑friendly presentations (followed by a Q&A time) about accessibility and life with disability.

For example, last year a presenter from New Brunswick Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services presented about a deaf dog (in ASL with interpretation). It is meant to be an engaging and fun experience for the kids.
